"My wife and I somehow by the grace of god found our dream summer Montauk home with full ocean view when she was pregnant with our first child back in 2019. It had everything but a pool, spa, and cold plunge, our dream fantasy. My March of that next spring, it was done and we were swimming in a heated hilltop 50 ft long and 20 ft wide gunite with full ocean full view, a 10 x 10 hot tub spa, and 6 x 6 ice cold plunge.
